The GA Royal Bonding Event

This was the third year we had the opportunity to lead the experiential content for Grand Automotive Central Europe’s Global Managers Conference, held in Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic. he  project brought together 50+ managers from more than 11 countries across Europe for an international conference featuring global team building, gamified experiences, a gala event,  interactive content, and activities designed to connect people across different cultures, languages, and working styles. Throughout the project, we developed a complete creative concept, incorporating innovative AI-driven elements and tailored gamification solutions designed specifically for a senior international audience.

The inspiration for the project came from the natural connection between the location and the people. Karlovy Vary, the historic spa city in the Czech Republic, is known not only for its distinctive architecture and rich history, but also as one of the filming locations associated with the James Bond film Casino Royale. That connection became the starting point for a creative journey designed to deliver far more than a traditional gala event or management conference. We wanted to create an ongoing experience that would begin before the flight, continue throughout the conference, and connect people from different cultures, languages, and countries – even without words.

To bring this idea to life, we combined a wide range of experiential formats: an interactive table game, an auction, customized trivia and organization-specific questions, AI challenges, team missions, on-stage courage challenges, dancing, singing, competition, and collaboration. Each element was designed to spark curiosity, reflect the company’s character, strengthen connections between participants, and create opportunities to step outside their comfort zones. Rather than building a series of separate activities, we created one continuous story that guided participants from the opening moment to the finale – turning the entire conference into one cohesive experience.

In addition to the gala evening, we created an outdoor experience across Karlovy Vary, where participants took part in a competitive team journey through key locations around the city, inspired by The Amazing Race. When hosting an international conference abroad, it is important to connect participants not only with one another, but also with the destination itself. That is why we built the experience around the stories, landmarks, and unique character of Karlovy Vary, making the city an integral part of the game. Throughout the activity, participants had to combine teamwork, communication, creative thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making under pressure while tackling a variety of missions, challenges, and unexpected moments along the way. Instead of treating each activity as a separate standalone event, we built one continuous narrative that carried participants from the very beginning to the final moment – turning the entire conference into one complete, cohesive experience.
