Smart Puzzle

Smart Puzzle is a team-building activity in small groups around tables, structured in two main phases:

1. The Puzzle Phase – Each team receives a game box containing a unique puzzle.
   The goal: complete the puzzle as fast as possible. But this isn’t a regular puzzle – it includes clues, hidden layers, and a storyline that begins to unfold during assembly.
   This stage is energizing, collaborative, and immediately puts everyone in a competitive mindset.

2. The Riddle & Challenge Phase – Once the puzzle is complete, it becomes a game board. Each team uses a tablet or smartphone connected to a dedicated website to input answers, receive hints, earn points, and advance through stages.
   The challenges require creative thinking, problem-solving, and team coordination – all happening live against other teams.

The activity takes place in a large hall or open space, with music, dynamic facilitation, and constant encouragement for all teams. Each team sits around its own table, but everyone plays in the same game – with twists and surprises along the way.
You can also add custom riddles related to the company (values, culture, teams, etc.) and turn it into a powerful content experience.
