In this unforgettable workshop, 4–5 participants share true stories of personal or professional failure in a TED-style format, with slides, time limits, and full coaching. We’ll help them prepare in 2 pre-event sessions where we shape their narrative and design slides together. Alongside the stage moments, the workshop includes a guided “F*ck-Up Date” where everyone shares a small failure in pairs – sparking empathy, laughter, and connection. We wrap up with group insights, a reflective summary, and fun giveaways to remind participants that failing forward is a skill worth celebrating.
We’ll set a time and place (we’ll arrive 45 minutes before the event kicks off)
We’ll warm up with a short, sharp talk about mental resilience, bold thinking, and curiosity in action
Using group brainstorms and smart tools, we’ll challenge assumptions and build fresh, forward-thinking ideas tailored to your team
We’ll wrap up with a practical debrief – turning insights into day-to-day tools you can actually use.
