    Overview :

The session begins with a fascinating overview of the evolution of virtual reality technology – what it is, how it works, and why it’s increasingly relevant in today’s organizations. Together, we’ll explore key concepts, use cases, and insights about work, learning, and collaboration in the VR era.

Then, it’s game time: in each round, one participant wears the VR headset and enters a digital world where a ticking bomb awaits. The rest of the team (up to 6 members) receives a physical manual and must rely solely on the player’s verbal descriptions to guide them in defusing the device – before time runs out.

To wrap up, we pause for reflection. What did we learn about ourselves? What does communication look like without body language or visual cues? And where else can VR be integrated to enhance learning, collaboration, and workplace experiences?

    FAQ

התשובות לכל מה שרציתם לדעת על פעילות

Virtual reality allows us to expose your team to challenges and scenarios that are difficult to recreate in everyday life. Participants can confront fears, practice performing under pressure in unfamiliar situations, and learn how to leverage technology to their advantage.

Experiences range from standing in front of an audience of tens of thousands of people, to jumping from a high-rise building, to defusing a bomb in under five minutes where only effective communication and a shared language can save the team.

Everything is tailored to your goals and participants. Our experienced team will be with you throughout the activity to ensure everyone is engaged, learning, and having fun.

Absolutely. No prior experience is required. The workshops are designed for all skill levels and create a supportive and inclusive environment for everyone—even the technophobes among you.

Here’s an example from one of our VR workshops:

    The Brief:
A trust-building and collaboration activity for a group of senior managers who were not well connected, had poor communication, and worked in a tense and hostile environment.

    The Solution:
A theoretical session on trust and collaboration, combined with icebreakers to warm up and set the stage.

Then came the VR challenge: one participant wore the headset and had to describe a bomb that only they could see. The rest of the team had to guide that participant through the defusal process based solely on the description provided.

    The Result:
At first, it was difficult and several bombs exploded. But gradually, within about ten minutes, something shifted. Participants realized that success depended on trusting one another, creating a common language, planning together, and making space for everyone’s contribution. And throughout the process, they laughed and enjoyed every minute.

The workshop length can be adjusted to your needs. However, the practical VR experience typically lasts between one and two hours. The goal is to provide every participant with enough time to become comfortable with the technology and approach each challenge from a different perspective.

To begin, we need a shared space large enough to accommodate all participants, a projector or TV screen (highly recommended), and a Wi-Fi connection.

For the hands-on portion of the workshop, each team should ideally have its own space with a table and a clear area free from obstacles such as chairs, pillars, or other objects that participants could bump into.

Absolutely. We are sensitive to the diverse backgrounds and needs of today’s workforce and know how to create an experience that is accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

Up to nine participants can use the VR headsets simultaneously, while the workshop itself can accommodate anywhere from 5 to 40 participants.

Keep in mind that the headsets rotate among participants (though this is not mandatory), and the activity relies on cooperation between the headset wearer and the rest of the team, who solve puzzles and provide guidance.

Wherever you invite us, we’ll come.

Israel, abroad, or even outer space-as long as there’s Wi-Fi.

Yes. We have a dedicated venue for small groups located at 6 Shefa Tal Street, Tel Aviv, which can accommodate up to 30 participants.

For larger groups, we work with a variety of venues and would be happy to recommend one—or come directly to your location.

With us, everything can be customized—from the duration of the activity to the content and key messages. Additional workshops can also be integrated, allowing us to build a complete development day tailored specifically to your team.

Absolutely. We work with an organizational consultant who can tailor the workshop to support the specific process your organization is undergoing, whether as a standalone event or as part of a longer-term development program.
