The Courage Challenge

How brave is your team, really?

The Courage Challenge is a high-energy, entertaining team game that puts participants face-to-face with a series of challenges you can’t really prepare for in advance.

You’ll split into teams and rotate through 5 different stations, each testing a different kind of courage.

But don’t worry — this isn’t an individual bravery test. The team stays together: cheering, laughing, debating, giving things a try, and most importantly, discovering who says “No way!” and who’s already first in line.

The Activity in a Nutshell:

There are some things you simply can’t know about the people you work with until you put a challenge in front of them and ask: Who’s going first?

The Courage Challenge is a team-building activity that puts your team in situations that are a little different from the average workday. You don’t need to solve a complicated puzzle, be the strongest person in the room or show up with any previous knowledge.

What you do need is a willingness to give things a try, cheer each other on and find out what happens when you don’t know exactly what’s waiting around the corner.

The activity kicks off with a series of quick games designed to break the ice, raise the energy and get everyone into game mode. From there, you split into teams – and the real challenge begins.

Each team rotates through five stations, facing a different type of challenge at every stop.

At each station, the team has to decide how to approach the challenge, who takes the lead, how to support one another — and sometimes, who volunteers before everyone else has a chance to take a step back.

And that’s exactly what makes the team format so much fun: one person’s courage becomes contagious, pressure turns into laughter, and every station creates another moment your team will probably still be talking about long after the activity is over.

We’ll set the date, location and time and get to know your team. Before the event, we’ll finalize the details and tailor the relevant content to your group.

SETTING THE STAGE

On the day of the event, we’ll arrive in advance, set up the stations, prepare all the equipment and get everything ready for the moment someone says: “No way!”

GAME ON

A high-energy, hilarious team activity packed with surprises. Participants split into teams and rotate between stations featuring different courage challenges.

COURAGE COUNT

Once every team has completed all the stations, we add up the points and find out which team handled the challenges best.

AND THE WINNER IS...

We announce the winning team, give them the celebration they deserve and wrap things up on a high - with plenty of energy and laughter.

Everything you wanted to know about the activity

For teams that aren’t afraid of a little competition, a few surprises and a few people shouting “No way!” – and then doing it anyway.

Quite the opposite.

In this case, the less you know, the better.

Just show up as you are, split into teams and discover what’s waiting for you in real time.

We’ll take care of everything else.

Then they don’t. Simple.

Everyone has their own “No way”, and that’s part of the fun too.

The challenge is team-based, so there will always be someone willing to step forward – and someone else cheering them on from the sidelines with a slightly unnecessary level of enthusiasm.

For the Courage Challenge, you can definitely leave your running shoes at home.

Mostly, you need to be ready to play, give things a try and quickly discover which member of your team is way braver than you thought.

In reality, it’s much more funny than frightening – with plenty of adrenaline, competition and surprises.
