We’re establishing the bank’s very first community-building initiative: a pioneering, practical project.
The community is fully managed by our team and is designed to cultivate a network of internal leaders who drive entrepreneurial and innovative thinking across departments.
Throughout the year, members take part in hands-on activities, workshops, and enrichment talks, all anchored in a dedicated communication platform that connects them—boosting knowledge sharing, professional collaboration, and a sense of leadership.
