In large organizations, many teams do meaningful work behind the scenes, but their contribution does not always receive enough visibility, recognition, or understanding across the wider organization.

The goal was to strengthen the connection between different teams, highlight the value each one brings, and turn internal work into a clear and accessible organizational story.

We developed Spotlight, an internal communications initiative.

We meet with each department head to define the team’s story, value, and responsibilities, then turn it into a short, accessible video shared across the organization.

The result is better understanding between departments, stronger team pride, and greater visibility for the important work happening behind the scenes.
