      Educational seminar in Bulgaria – “we would like to create a game that suits educators emphasizing the ability to pass the game on to students throughout Europe.

      The result:

      A 45 minute activity based on custom made game maps designed as the Star of David. The game is all about Judaism, Zionism and being an Israeli while strengthening the bond between Europe and Israel. The map comes with an explanatory website and is translated to all languages. It comprises riddles and a variety of tasks that are suitable for the various target groups.

      SKILLZ Ministry of Education

      The client:

      Ministry of Education

      In brief:

      Skillz is a project created by the ministry of education together with the National Association of High Tech companies of Israel and is intended to teach students of all age groups Cyber, mathematics, electronics, programming etc.

      Quala has been requested to gamify the national final championship in Mathematics which includes approx. 10,000 junior high school students. The goal is to create a national competition which includes an exam of the requested material while implementing the material in a memorable and creative way for the students.

      The result:

      A Mathematical interactive and virtual activity comprised of several steps (constructed in Unity) which combine all the mathematics exercises provided by the ministry of education. In the first step the students will be divided into groups which will work together in order to crack the room before the time is up. The groups that succeeded and moved to the next stages will now compete separately until the Israel Mathematics Champion is chosen. The entire studying process will be based on the game AKA-Edutainment.

      Managing Change

      In brief:

      We are on the verge of a cross organizational change. We would like to take our employees on a shared journey in order to find out together what this change demands of us

      The result:

      An organizational process composed of three stepping stones designed for different groups over a period of time on the timeline.

      Phase A: An in depth research in order to study the current organizational culture alongside the desired strategy. Following this research we will develop executive conferences, learn the required changes and goals through a mobile game. This game will demand team work and will include a brainstorm game that will help study the feelings and thoughts that have been observed during the activity.

      Phase B – A map game supported by a website which is targeted for the various teams and lead by the manager. The game is about identifying themes and organizational values followed by a final discussion that will review all the questions that came up during the activity.

      Finally, the last phase will introduce a virtual family game, in the Hanukah spirit, to boost the sense of team pride together with all the families.

      Large Scale virtual activity (12,000 families) for the purpose of boosting connectivity between employee’s families and company’s strength and capabilities. This will be an experience with an added value and will take place at the international family day.

      The result:

      We developed a competitive family game that creates an impact and teaches team building while implementing strategic themes.

      The activity is based on a specific plot that has been written in collaboration with a client, in a extraordinary graphic language which corresponds with the brand book.

      The game includes two plans for two different target groups (youngsters and adults)

      There is task and challenge integration together with sharing in social media.

      The game ends with a worthwhile incentive which includes a festive lottery and an award ceremony at the end of the competition.

      The general staff forum is planning a farewell ceremony from the outgoing Chief of Staff. We need a challenging and clever 10 hour game, composed of 10 different stations in the Machtesh Ramon area. It needs to be a combination of customized content about the chief of staff it must be exciting and smart but for the greater part, it has to create joy and team building within the executive forum.

      The result:

      We are planning a customized station game with puzzles, drones, bicycles, bows and arrows, Flight school, VR and more. The entire content is adapted to the Chief of Staff, including the creative part (The Star Race), creating and operating the stations from A-Z.

      Connectivity Challenge

      The client:

      Ben Leumi Bank

      In brief:

      we are organizing an event that is launching a connectivity program at the Ben Leumi bank as part of a festive conference (110 centers across the country). Our goal: to create, for the very first time in the history of a large scale organization (3000 employees|) a connecting activity for everybody simultaneously.

      The result:

      A hybrid concept activity (a combination between real and the virtual world) based on a unique group challenge. 110 challenge kits have been developed and circulated across the country to various locations. The work process began with characterizing the challenge and constructing the concept – cracking / identifying fundamental themes for implementation, writing content and a plot, developing riddles and tasks. At the end of this phase, we began a process of developing and designing the graphic materials, the riddles, the game website and programming a specific game website for upcoming employee activity.

      Wolt

      In brief:

      Creating road safety training seminars based on video movies for the Wolt delivery community. At the end of the seminar the delivery staff will take an exam.

      Highlights:

      Need to include brand language and exciting promotional people

      Diverse target audience

      High interactivity in order to prevent leaving in the middle of the process

      Innovation, originality and creativity

      Must be adapted to onboarding for new delivery people

      The result:

      Using a situation simulator game based on interactive videos that introduce the information in an intuitive interesting aspect alongside riddles and entertaining tasks that comply with the need to expand knowledge and improve the selecting process of delivery people. Furthermore, this experience will enhance involvement in company values and task goals.

      Israeli American Council Conference

      The client:

      IAC

      In brief:

      we are planning a large scale annual conference with thousands of people. We are interested in including gamification elements in parts of the conference. We would like a mobile escape room about activism (fighting anti-Semitism) while creating engagement in several of our programs from children and adults.

      The result:

      An activity that will last approximately 20 minutes in the mobile escape room for age groups 12-99 years for the purpose of providing points for action in the event of being confronted with an anti-Semitic event. In addition, puzzles and map games for various populations which include team building, connectivity to IAC and to the state of Israel. For the board members we created a game that leads to a “brainstorm” process.

      Innovational learning projects

      The client:

      Ort

      In brief:

      An annual project to encourage entrepreneurial thinking, project management skills, creativity, developing riddles and establish the sense of competence among high school students.

      The result:

      During an in-depth process throughout the year, students learn to experiment at creating game kits independently. The process included focusing and characterizing themes used to write riddles, develop tasks and create the physical game kit.

      The process came to an end at the national school competition where the final projects were displayed (similar to the TV program “the Sharks”). At the same time, a workshop for writing and developing riddles took place. The workshop was intended for the teaching staff of all the schools that took part in the project in order to provide them with gaming tools for everyday teaching.

      Our work with organizations and private customers involves loads of fun and laughter however we take every task very seriously, meaning that after our laughing sessions we can analyze what has happened in the room, reach conclusions and recommendations towards the next stages.

      Our activities take place in office rooms, in the desert, on an airplane and even on zoom sessions. They are suitable for small and medium size local teams, private customers, global companies that employ thousands of people around the world.
