We begin with a sharp, unforgettable keynote inspired by the Israeli Air Force. The first part of the workshop features a powerful talk based on real-life, publicly available debriefs from the IDF (primarily the Air Force). The talk dives into decision-making under pressure, uncertainty, daily friction, and leadership in moments of truth—translating key learning principles through stories that hit hard. This content is bold, thought-provoking, and valuable on its own as a standalone learning experience for any employee or manager.
Then, theory becomes practice. After the keynote, participants take part in a hands-on group activity—either a mobile or virtual escape-room style experience—designed to surface behavior patterns, decision-making styles, teamwork, and real-time challenges.
We close with reflection, debriefing, and growth. Our team observes, documents, and identifies key group dynamics throughout the activity. This is followed by a deep-dive debrief session where participants gain tools to analyze events, develop a shared language for organizational learning, and practice real, effective, and culturally-aligned debriefing skills.
