In a world where reality is dynamic and the only constant is the understanding that every day something changes, in a world of endless stimuli and struggle for attention, it is essential that we know how to select the meaningful themes we wish to convey. But it is just as important that we learn to invest our thoughts in the manner in which we choose to convey them. Our success will be measured by the ability to engage, intrigue, be creative and manage to focus the attention of the audiences we meet in different situations.
We already know that in order for someone to remember what we said (and by that a synapse will form in our brain) we will need to share and ensure that he/she take a part in the thinking process. By experiencing the process the theme will penetrate and help improve performance and upgrade our professional and business activity.
We will begin by reviewing the gamification world, where did it stem from? What are its principal uses? Who were the dominant figures? A clue… not who you thought it would be….
We will continue with the question why? Why should we invest in employees and customers and engage them in using a variety of tools for gamifying themes? And how does this in fact help us manage our work routine?
We will learn the magic… How do we write and gamify a riddle that embraces the theme we wish to convey? We will practice the technique and receive feedback from the forum and from the leading professional host.
We will conclude the activity by deciding how each and every one of us implements at least one new gamification in his/her work routine starting tomorrow morning…
