Why is it so important to properly respond to the events that come our way?

How do we get out of complex situations and what does it have to do with courage and initiative?

Improvisation and real time responsiveness are a daily challenge for each and every one of us.

At work and in our personal lives we are required to improvise and constantly be creative. We plan and prepare, create meticulous schedules and try to be in control of everything however reality changes frequently and surprises us time and time again. It can be a new task that we are not acquainted with, a client requesting a quick response while our resources are limited or reaching the end of a complex project and finding out that the objectives and goals have turned 180 degrees around. We will in fact strive to take our employees out of their comfort zone, connect them and intensify the unknown by using practical and positive psychology.

How is this going to work?

We will begin with a short presentation about the importance of using improvisation and applying creative thinking in order to provide solutions in real time. We will then experience and practice challenging tasks in small and intimate groups that will allow us to open up and boost our energy level in order to feel free enough to improvise and offer solutions. Now that we have warmed up a bit and our minds have opened up, the ice is broken and creativity begins to pour out in order to build the enabling dynamics.

The participants will deliver presentations that they have never seen before, in real time.

Volunteers from the audience will tackle out-of-the-box tasks in the workshop area and outside the hall. We will hold a short competition and then conclude with a skit in which you will be the stars.

For the shy ones among us – there is no obligation to actively participate. The workshop is based entirely on volunteer participation. Whoever wants to take part is invited – some need more time to warm up, some need less time but for the most part everyone ends up participating, enjoying and finding out new things about themselves.
