The Ice Breakers workshop has been designed exactly for the purpose of these very important first encounters!

This is a professional personal acquaintance workshop that has been designed to groom important connections and is based on a pleasant and funny group dynamics alongside sharing meaningful situations. The initial awkwardness and the challenges that are involved in the first gatherings will encounter a fascinating opportunity to ‘Break the Ice’, seasoned with an extraordinary secret spice. During the workshop we will produce a unique and memorable show that leads to building quality relationships.

How is this going to work?

We are taking off to Antarctica – to break the ice!

We will begin with an easy briefing, then team up into small and intimate groups and pass through the game stations. We will rotate among the team participants every few minutes so that they get to know as many new colleagues as possible. In the background and throughout the workshop we will shine a spotlight in order to create a pleasant and enabling environment

That will allow each and every one of the participants to express themselves openly, share ideas and make new acquaintances.

A taste of the various activity stations:

– Common Ground: the participants have to find as many things they have in common. The answers will be fed into a special designed system that presents the most popular common topics in the group!

– The Treasure Box: the participants have to crack the treasure box that is locked with a unique and original lock! Only Team work, positive attitude, creativity and effective communication will lead to opening the lock and enjoying the prize!

– CV Challenge: super cool and innovative speed dating challenge! Every participant will have 2 minutes to write the CV of the person sitting in front of him. They will use a great new format for writing the CV one that they will be able to keep for future reference.

At the end of the game, we will gather around, summarize the activity, laugh a bit and present the surprising results alongside photos and images from the event.

We will admire and appreciate the wonderful connections that were created throughout this journey.
